Hello and thank you for your application to TalentWay’s ****Startup ****Assistant job! Our candidate screening process includes a test assignment to evaluate your practical skills and personality tests (personality tests are desirable, but not obligatory). In order to apply for our vacancy you will need to send us your resume and the results of the test assignment and tests. Below you will find instructions.
****The ****test assignment should take no more than 2 hours. Once it is done you will need to upload the results of the test assignment to some cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive). After that you will need to download and fill out the Typeform (link), where you will need to provide links to the results and upload your resume.
We are accepting responses until July 5 and will review them on a rolling basis.
Part 1: We recently launched a mobile app, which allows you to listen to interesting lectures from the coolest professionals in various industries. We want as many of these speakers as possible to collaborate with us and want to invite people from the arts and culture to join our platform.
Part 2: If you are open to it, please record a very short video (you can use Loom or any other tool) telling us 1) why you are interested in this position 2) about 1 or 2 favorite tools/apps/websites and why you love them the most. If you are not comfortable with video, please share your responses as a short text, we really want to know what motivates you :)

Being an organized, meticulous, and responsible person are main prerequisites for a successful entry-level non-technical generalist. Therefore, we are looking for well-structured, easy-to-read documents with simple and clean tables/lists/links.
